It's funny how often we have to answer this question but with how many bots and people glued to phone scripts there are out there guess it makes sense.
Yes, we are real people and happy to talk to you about more than even Health Insurance! I live outside of Nashville, TN, and have 4 kids (you can often hear them running around when we take calls from home!) Generally, my assistant handles the texts and I handle the calls but there is crossover here and there.
